THE TRADE MARKS LAW, 2016 (LAW 31 OF 2016)

In exercise of the power conferred by section 1(2) of the Trade Marks Law, 2016, the Cabinet makes the following Order - This Order may be cited as the Trade Marks Law, 2016 (Commencement) Order, 2017. The provisions of the Trade Marks Law, 2016 shall come into force on the 1st day of August, 2017.
