THE OMBUDSMAN LAW, 2017 (GENERAL COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2017

In exercise of the power conferred by section 1(2) of the Ombudsman Law, 2017, the Cabinet makes the following Order - This Order may be cited as the Ombudsman Law, 2017 (General Commencement) Order, 2017. The provisions of the Ombudsman Law, 2017 (except section 3 which came into force on 26th April, 2017, Part 3 of Schedule 2 and section 8(2)(a) as it relates to Part 3 of Schedule 2) shall come into force on 13th September, 2017.
