THE CUSTOMS TARIFF (AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 2) ORDER,
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Customs Tariff Law, (2017 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Order - This Order may be cited as the Customs Tariff (Amendment of Schedule 2) Order, 2018 and shall come into force on the 1st day of November, 2018. The Customs Tariff Law (2017 Revision) is amended in Schedule 2, paragraph 5(1)(c) by deleting the words “up to a value of CI$350” and by substituting the words “up to a value of CI$500”.
