THE OMBUDSMAN LAW, 2017 (COMMENCEMENT OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS) ORDER, 2018 In exercise of the power conferred by section 1(2) of the Ombudsman Law, 2017, the Cabinet makes the following Order - This Order may be cited as the Ombudsman Law, 2017 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order, 2018. The provisions of Part 3 of Schedule 2 of the Ombudsman Law, 2017, and section 8(2)(a) of the Ombudsman Law, 2017 as it relates to Part 3 of Schedule 2 shall come into force on the 17th day of January, 2018.
