THE PROCUREMENT LAW, 2016 (LAW 47 OF 2016)

In exercise of the power conferred by section 1(2) of the Procurement Law, 2016, the Cabinet makes the following Order - This Order may be cited as the Procurement Law, 2016 (Commencement) Order, 2018. The provisions of the Procurement Law, 2016 shall come into force on the 1st day of May, 2018.

Made in Cabinet the 30th day of January, 2018.
