THE HUMAN TISSUE TRANSPLANT LAW, 2013 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2018

In exercise of the power conferred by section 1(2) of the Human Tissue Transplant Law, 2013, the Cabinet makes the following Order - This Order may be cited as the Human Tissue Transplant Law, 2013 (Commencement) Order, 2018. The provisions of the Human Tissue Transplant Law, 2013, shall come into force on the 31st day of July, 2018.
