THE CAUTIONS (ADULT) LAW, 2017 (LAW 5 OF 2017)

THE CAUTIONS (ADULT) LAW, 2017 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, In exercise of the power conferred by section 1(2) of the Cautions (Adult) Law, 2017, the Cabinet makes the following Order - This Order may be cited as the Cautions (Adult) Law, 2017 (Commencement) Order, 2018. The Cautions (Adult) Law, 2017 shall come into force on the 1st day of October, 2018.
