Limited Liability Companies (Amendment) Law, 2019 (Law 11 of 2019) LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES (AMENDMENT) LAW, 2019 (COMMENCEMENT OF SECTION 3) ORDER, 2019 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Limited Liability Companies (Amendment) Law, 2019 the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Limited Liability Companies (Amendment) Law, 2019 (Commencement of section 3) Order, 2019. Commencement Section 3 of the Limited Liability Companies (Amendment) Law, 2019 comes into force on 1st October, 2019.
