Notice- Re LG21 - re - Amendment by amending Law, 2019 (Law 7 of 2019)

NOTICE Re Legislation Gazette 21 published on 18th June 2019

We bring to your attention the following –

(a) the version of the Securities Investment Business (Amendment) Law, 2019 that was published on June 18, 2019 was the incorrect version; (b) the versions of the Directors Registration and Licensing (Amendment) Law, 2019, the Securities Investment Business (Amendment) Law, 2019 and the Proceeds of Crime (Amendment) Law, 2019 published in Gazette No. 21 on 18th June, 2019 did not contain the assent information.

The versions were corrected. Please ensure that you have the correct versions of Supplements 1, 2 and 3 that appear in Legislation Gazette 21.
