The Formal Validity of Wills (Persons Dying Abroad) Law, 2018 (Commencement) Order, 2019

In exercise of the power conferred by section 1(2) of the Formal Validity of Wills (Persons Dying Abroad) Law, 2018, the Cabinet makes the following Order - This Order may be cited as the Formal Validity of Wills (Persons Dying Abroad) Law, 2018 (Commencement) Order, 2019. The Formal Validity of Wills (Persons Dying Abroad) Law, 2018 shall come into force on the 1st day of February, 2019.
