Companies (Amendment) Law, 2020 (Commencement) (No.2) Order, Paragraph 1

(Law 4 of 2020) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Companies (Amendment) Law, 2020, the Cabinet makes the following Order— Citation This Order may be cited as the Companies (Amendment) Law, 2020 Commencement Sections 5 and 6 of the Companies (Amendment) Law, 2020 come into force on 15th May, 2020.
