National Pensions (Amendment) Law, 2020 (Law 12 of 2020) NATIONAL PENSIONS (AMENDMENT) LAW, 2020 (EXTENSION OF PENSION HOLIDAY) ORDER, 2020 In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(3) and 2 of the National Pensions (Amendment) Law, 2020, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the National Pensions (Amendment) Law, 2020 (Extension of Pension Holiday) Order, 2020. Extension of duration of the National Pensions (Amendment) Law, 2020 Sections 1, 2, 4 and 6 of the National Pensions (Amendment) Law, 2020 expire on 31st December, 2020.

Extension of duration of Part 1A - suspension of pension contributions The pension holiday period under section 5A of the National Pensions Law (2012 Revision), as amended by section 2 of the National Pensions (Amendment) Law, 2020, expires on 31st December, 2020.
