(Law 16 of 2020) SECURITIES INVESTMENT BUSINESS (AMENDMENT) LAW, 2020 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2020 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Securities Investment Business (Amendment) Law, 2020, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Securities Investment Business (Amendment) Law, 2020 (Commencement) Order, 2020. Commencement Sections 1, 2(a), 2(b)(i), 2(b)(iv), 2(c), 7 and 8 of the Securities Investment Business (Amendment) Law, 2020 come into force on 31st October, 2020.
