Births and Deaths Registration Law (2007 Revision) BIRTHS AND DEATHS REGISTRATION (AMENDMENT OF THE SECOND SCHEDULE) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 69(2) of the Births and Deaths Registration Law (2007 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Births and Deaths Registration (Amendment of the Second Schedule) Order, 2020. Amendment of the Second Schedule to the Births and Deaths Registration Law (2007 Revision) - fees The Births and Deaths Registration Law (2007 Revision) is amended in the Second Schedule in Part III under the Heading “FEES PAYABLE TO THE REGISTRARGENERAL ONLY” by deleting the item “57. For a certificate of birth (to be paid by the applicant)” and the corresponding fee amount and substituting the following items and corresponding particulars —
