Act, 2022 CRIMINAL JUSTICE (OFFENDERS ASSISTING INVESTIGATIONS AND PROSECUTIONS) ACT, 2022 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2023 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Criminal Justice (Offenders Assisting Investigations and Prosecutions) Act, 2022, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Offenders Assisting Investigations and Prosecutions) Act, 2022 (Commencement) Order, 2023.
