UTILITY REGULATION AND COMPETITION (AMENDMENT) LAW, 2018 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2020 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Utility Regulation and Competition (Amendment) Law, 2018 the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Utility Regulation and Competition (Amendment) Law, 2018 (Commencement) Order, 2020. Commencement The Utility Regulation and Competition (Amendment) Law, 2018 comes into force on 1st September, 2020.
