Companies (Amendment) (No. 2) Law, 2020 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order, 2020 Paragraph 1

(Law 19 of 2020) (COMMENCEMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER, 2020 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Companies (Amendment) (No. 2) Law, 2020, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Companies (Amendment) (No. 2) Law, 2020 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order, 2020. Commencement The remaining provisions of the Companies (Amendment) (No. 2) Law, 2020 come into force as follows — (a) section 3, insofar as it relates to the repeal of section 26(3) and substitution of sections 26(3) and 26(3B) in the Companies Law (2020 Revision), comes into force on 1st September, 2020;

Paragraph 2 Companies (Amendment) (No. 2) Law, 2020 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order, 2020

(b) section 3, insofar as it relates to the repeal of section 26(3) and substitution of section 26(3A) in the Companies Law (2020 Revision), comes into force on 1st October, 2020; sections 5, 6, 7 and 16 come into force on 1st September, 2020; and (d) section 17 comes into force on 1st October, 2020.
