Private Funding of Legal Services Act, 2020 PRIVATE FUNDING OF LEGAL SERVICES ACT, 2020 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2021 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Private Funding of Legal Services Act, 2020, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Private Funding of Legal Services Act, 2020 (Commencement) Order, 2021. Commencement The Private Funding of Legal Services Act, 2020 comes into force on 1st May, 2021.
