Elections Act (2021 Revision) ELECTIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) RULES, In exercise of the powers conferred by section 109(1) of the Elections Act (2021 Revision), the Cabinet, acting on the recommendation of the Supervisor, makes the following Rules — Citation These Rules may be cited as the Elections (Amendment) (No. 2) Rules, 2021.

Insertion of rule 23A in the Elections Rules (2021 Revision) – postal and mobile station ballot papers to be mixed prior to count The Elections Rules (2021 Revision) are amended by inserting after rule 23 the following rule — “Postal and mobile station ballot papers to be mixed prior to count 23A. A returning officer shall not count the votes given on any ballot papers until postal ballot papers and mobile station ballot papers have been mixed with the ballot papers from at least one other ballot box.”.
