Defence Act, 2020 DEFENCE ACT, 2020 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2021 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Defence Act, 2020, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Defence Act, 2020 (Commencement) Order, 2021.
