VIRTUAL ASSET (SERVICE PROVIDERS) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2020 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2021 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Virtual Asset (Service Providers) (Amendment) Act, 2020, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Virtual Asset (Service Providers) (Amendment) Act, 2020 (Commencement) Order, 2021. Commencement The Virtual Asset (Service Providers) (Amendment) Act, 2020 comes into force on 15th January, 2021.
