Limited Liability Companies Act (2021 Revision) LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES (AMENDMENT OF SECTION 80) REGULATIONS, 2022 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 106(1)(c) of the Limited Liability Companies Act (2021 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Regulations — Citation These Regulations may be cited as the Limited Liability Companies (Amendment of section 80) Regulations, 2022. Amendment of section 80 of the Limited Liability Companies Act (2021 Revision) - required particulars The Limited Liability Companies Act (2021 Revision) is amended in section 80(1)(d) by deleting the words “from their passport” and substituting the words “from the individual’s unexpired and valid passport”.
