In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2021, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2021 Commencement The Companies (Amendment) Act, 2021 comes into force on 31st August, 2022.
