Proceeds of Crime Act (2020 Revision) PROCEEDS OF CRIME (AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 1) ORDER, 2022 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 68(6) of the Proceeds of Crime Act (2020 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Proceeds of Crime (Amendment of Schedule 1) Order, Amendment of Schedule 1 to the Proceeds of Crime Act (2020 Revision) - lifestyle offences The Proceeds of Crime Act (2020 Revision) is amended in Schedule 1 by inserting after paragraph 9, the following subheading and paragraph — “Gambling offences 9A. An offence under any of the following provisions in the Gambling Act (2016 Revision) — (a) section 4(a), (b), (c), (d) and (h); (b) section 10; section 20; (d) section 21; and
