Regulation 1

Port Authority Act (1999 Revision) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Port Authority Act (1999 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Regulations — Citation These Regulations may be cited as the Port (Amendment) Regulations, 2024.

Regulation 2

Amendment of Schedule 8 to the Port Regulations (2022 Revision) - watersports areas Schedule 8 to the Port Regulations (2022 Revision) is amended by repealing the heading “COLLIERS CAY” and the particulars under that heading and substituting the following headings and particulars —

“COLLIERS CAY

In the south, the boundary runs approximately in line with the Colliers Wilderness Drive extending seaward from the nearshore at Lat 19° 19’ 43" N Long 81° 05’ 02" W to the barrier reef at Lat 19° 19’ 43" N Long 81° 04’ 44" W, then northerly along the reef passing through the coordinates Lat 19° 20’ 03" N Long 81° 04’ 46" W, Lat 19° 20’ 30" N Long 81° 04’ 52" W, Lat 19° 20’ 40" N Long 81° 04’ 59" W, Lat 19° 20’ 47" N Long 81° 04’ 04" W, then southwesterly to the nearshore to Lat 19° 20’ 42" N Long 81° 05’ 13" W, then southward along the nearshore passing through coordinates Lat 19° 20’ 37" N Long 81° 05’ 09" W, Lat 19° 20’ 29" N Long 81° 05’ 04" W, Lat 19° 20’ 03" N Long 81° 05’ 01" W, returning to Lat 19° 19’ 43" N Long 81° 05’ 02" W.

KAIBO

In the south, the boundary starts at the southern tip of the Kaibo public beach at Lat 19° 21’ 15" N Long 81° 16’ 34" W, extending southeasterly to Lat 19° 21’ 14" N Long 81° 16’ 30" W, then northeasterly to Lat 19° 21’ 29" N Long 81° 16’ 13" W turning more northerly to Lat 19° 21’ 34" N Long 81° 16’ 12" W, then northwesterly to the nearshore at Lat 19° 21’ 37" N Long 81° 16’ 24" W, then south along the nearshore to the beach at the Kaibo public beach at Lat 19° 21’ 17" N Long 81° 16’ 32" W, returning to Lat 19° 21’ 15" N Long 81° 16’ 34" W.”.
