Proceeds of Crime (Amendment) Act, 2023 PROCEEDS OF CRIME (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2023 (COMMENCEMENT) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 2024 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Proceeds of Crime (Amendment) Act, 2023, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Proceeds of Crime (Amendment) Act, 2023 (Commencement) (Amendment) Order, 2024. Commencement The Proceeds of Crime (Amendment) Act, 2023 (Commencement) Order, 2024 is amended in paragraph 2 by repealing subparagraph (2) and substituting the following subparagraph —

Paragraph 2 Proceeds of Crime (Amendment) Act, 2023 (Commencement)
