In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2023, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2023 Commencement The Companies (Amendment) Act, 2023 comes into force on 31st July, 2024.
