Limited Liability Companies (Amendment) Act, 2023 LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2023 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2024 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Limited Liability Companies (Amendment) Act, 2023, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Limited Liability Companies (Amendment) Act, 2023 (Commencement) Order, 2024.
