Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Act, 2023 LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIP (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2023 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2024 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Act, 2023, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Act, 2023 (Commencement) Order, 2024. Commencement The Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Act, 2023 comes into force on 31st July, 2024.
