COMPANIES MANAGEMENT (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ACT, 2023 COMMENCEMENT ORDER, In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Companies Management (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 2023, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Companies Management (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 2023 (Commencement) Order, 2024. Commencement The Companies Management (Amendment) (No. 2) Act, 2023 comes into force on 31st July, 2024.
