Companies (Amendment and Validation) Act, 2024 COMPANIES (AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2024 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2024 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Companies (Amendment and Validation) Act, 2024, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Companies (Amendment and Validation) Act, 2024 (Commencement) Order, 2024.
