Partnership (Amendment and Validation) Act, 2024 PARTNERSHIP (AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2024 (COMMENCEMENT) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Partnership (Amendment and Validation) Act, 2024, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Partnership (Amendment and Validation) Act, 2024 (Commencement) Order, 2024.

Commencement The Partnership (Amendment and Validation) Act, 2024 comes into force on 1st January, 2025. Made in Cabinet the 17th day of December, 2024. Kim Bullings Clerk of the Cabinet
