MONETARY AUTHORITY (AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2024 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2024 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Monetary Authority (Amendment and Validation) Act, 2024, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Monetary Authority (Amendment and Validation) Act, 2024 (Commencement) Order, 2024.

Commencement The Monetary Authority (Amendment and Validation) Act, 2024 comes into force on 1st January, 2025. Made in Cabinet the 17th day of December, 2024. Kim Bullings Clerk of the Cabinet
