Companies Management (Amendment) Act, 2024 COMPANIES MANAGEMENT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2024 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2024 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Companies Management (Amendment) Act, 2024, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Companies Management (Amendment) Act, 2024 (Commencement) Order, 2024.
