EXEMPTED LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2024 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Exempted Limited Partnership (Amendment and Validation) Act, 2024, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Exempted Limited Partnership (Amendment and Validation) Act, 2024 (Commencement) Order, 2024.
