Criminal Justice (International Cooperation) Act (2023 Revision) CRIMINAL JUSTICE (INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION) (AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 1) ORDER, 2024 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 25 of the Criminal Justice (International Cooperation) Act (2023 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (International Cooperation) (Amendment of Schedule 1) Order, 2024.

Amendment of Schedule 1 to the Criminal Justice (International Cooperation) Act (2023 Revision) - countries or territories to which mutual legal assistance may be given by the Authority The Criminal Justice (International Cooperation) Act (2023 Revision) is amended in Schedule 1 by inserting in the appropriate alphabetical sequence the words “Republic of Kazakhstan” and “Socialist Republic of Vietnam”.
