PUBLIC MANAGEMENT AND FINANCE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2025 AN ACT TO AMEND THE PUBLIC MANAGEMENT AND FINANCE ACT (2020 REVISION); AND FOR INCIDENTAL AND CONNECTED PURPOSES ENACTED by the Legislature of the Cayman Islands. Short title This Act may be cited as the Public Management and Finance (Amendment) Act, Amendment of the Public Management and Finance Act (2020 Revision) - general amendment The Public Management and Finance Act (2020 Revision) is amended by deleting the words “Legislative Assembly” wherever they appear and substituting the word “Parliament”.

Amendment of section 23 of the Public Management and Finance Act (2020 Revision) - strategic policy statement The Public Management and Finance Act (2020 Revision) is amended in section 23(1A) by deleting the word “three” and substituting the word “six”.
