In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2024, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2024 Commencement The Companies (Amendment) Act, 2024 comes into force on 1st January, 2026.
