(COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2025 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Identification Register Act, 2022, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Identification Register Act, 2022 (Commencement) Order, 2025. Commencement Further to the Identification Register Act, 2022 (Commencement) Order, 2023, the remaining sections of the Identification Register Act, 2022 come into force on 28th February, 2025.
