VIRTUAL ASSET (SERVICE PROVIDERS) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2024 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2025 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Virtual Asset (Service Providers) (Amendment) Act, 2024, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Virtual Asset (Service Providers) (Amendment) Act, 2024 (Commencement) Order, 2025. Commencement The provisions of the Virtual Asset (Service Providers) (Amendment) Act, 2024 specified in the second column of the table in the Schedule come into force on 1st April, 2025.
