CUSTOMS AND BORDER CONTROL (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2025 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2025 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Customs and Border Control (Amendment) Act, 2025, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Customs and Border Control (Amendment) Act, 2025 Commencement Sections 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the Customs and Border Control (Amendment) Act, 2025 come into force on 1st October, 2025.

Made in Cabinet the 10th day of September, 2025.
