Misuse of Drugs Act (2017 Revision) MISUSE OF DRUGS (AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 1) REGULATIONS, 2025 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(a) of the Misuse of Drugs Act (2017 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Regulations — Citation These Regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment of Schedule 1) Regulations, 2025. Amendment of Schedule 1 to the Misuse of Drugs Act (2017 Revision) – controlled drugs The Misuse of Drugs Act (2017 Revision) is amended in Schedule 1 as follows — (a) in Part I, in paragraph 1(a), by inserting the following controlled drugs in the appropriate alphabetical sequence — “Alpha-methyltryptamine (AMT) Amphetamine Brorphine Butonitazene Cumyl-PeGaClone Diphenidine
