IMMIGRATION (TRANSITION) (AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2025 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Immigration (Transition) (Amendment and Validation) Act, 2025, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Transition) (Amendment and Validation) Act, 2025 (Commencement) Order, 2026.
