ERRATUM - COMPANIES ACT (2026 REVISION) (E2 of 2026)

NOTICE OF ERRATUM The Companies Act (2026 Revision) was published as Supplement No. 7 with Legislation Gazette No. 4 of 29th January, 2026. An error appears in Schedule 5 which inadvertently omitted to update the fee for ‘filing a plan of merger or consolidation per constituent entity’ as specified in Order 2(e)(i) of the Companies (Amendment of Schedule 5) Order, 2023 (SL 27 of 2023). The correct wording of Schedule 5, Part 6(e)(i) should be as follows: (e) where — (i) filing a plan of merger or consolidation per constituent entity;

Subscribers are requested to amend their copies of the Companies Act (2026 Revision) accordingly.
