THE MISUSE OF DRUG LAW (SECOND REVISION)

THE MISUSE OF DRUGS (DRUG TRAFFICKING OFFENCES) (DESIGNATED COUNTRIES) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 1992

in exercise of the powers conferred upon the Governor in Council by section 16P(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Law (Second Revision) the following order is made —

Citation. 1. This order may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Drug Trafficking Offences) (Designated Countries) (Amendment) Order 1992.

First Schedule 2. The First Schedule to the Misuse of Drugs (Drug Trafficking

amended. Offences) (Designated Countries) Order, 1991, is amended by adding at

the end the following item —

"The United States of The Director of the Office of International Affairs America. of the Criminal Division of the Department of Justice".
