THE MONEY SERVICES BUSINESSES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2009 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 of the Money Services Law (2003 Revision), the Governor in Cabinet makes the following regulations - These Regulations may be cited as the Money Services Businesses (Amendment) Regulations, 2009. Citation The Money Services Businesses Regulations, 2001 are amended by repealing the Third Schedule and substituting the following Schedule- Repeal and substitution of the Third Schedule of the Money Services Businesses Regulations, 2001 - fees “THIRD SCHEDULE (Regulation 5) FEES Application fee under section 5(4) $1,000.00 Annual licence fee under section 5(9) $10,000.00 Annual fee for a subsidiary, branch, agency or representative office under section 5(9) $1,000.00”.
