Payment Schedule requiring payment of- (a) less than CIS 10,000, US$12,000 or the equivalent in any other currency shall be signed by any 'A' or 'B' signatory; (b) more than CIS 10,000, US$ 12,000 or the equivalent in any other currency but less than CIS 100,000, US$120,000 or the equivalent in any other currency, shall be signed by an 'A' signatory or any two 'B' signatories; and (c) more than CI$ 100,000, US$ 120,000 or the equivalent in any other currency, shall be signed by an 'A' signatory.
