PRACTICE DIRECTION No. 12/2014 (GCR O.1, r.12) ARRIVAL OF CHILDREN IN THE CAYMAN ISLANDS BY AIR Where a person seeks an order for the return to him of children about to arrive in the Cayman Islands by air and desires to have information to enable him to meet the aircraft, the judge should be asked to include in his order a direction that the airline or person operating the flight, and, if he has the information, the immigration officer at the appropriate airport, should supply such information to that person. To obtain such information in such circumstances in a case where a person already has an order for the return to him of children, that person should apply to a judge ex parte for directions for those purposes.
