Traffic Act (2026 Revision) TRAFFIC (AMENDMENT) (NO.2) In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 22, 44, 56, 66, 128 and 142 of the Traffic Act (2026 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Regulations — Citation and commencement (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Traffic (Amendment) (No.2) (2) The Regulations come into force immediately after the Traffic (Amendment) Regulations, 2026 come into force. Amendment of regulation 27 of the Traffic (Amendment) Regulations, 2026 – fees for inspection, registration, licensing The Traffic (Amendment) Regulations, 2026 are amended in regulation 27(4) under the subheading “Other Transactions” as follows — (a) one year) (Non-Caymanian) 200” and substituting the words “Full driver’s licence not exceeding Groups 0-3 (for one year) (Non-Caymanian) 75”; (b) by deleting the words “Full driver’s licence not exceeding Groups 0-3 (for 3 years) (Caymanian) 75” and substituting the words “Full driver’s licence not exceeding Groups 0-3 (for 3 years) (Caymanian) 68”;
