(COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 2026 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Plant Protection Act, 2023, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Plant Protection Act, 2023 (Commencement) Order, Commencement The Plant Protection Act, 2023 comes into force on 1st November, 2026. Made in Cabinet the 9th day of September, 2026. Kim Bullings Clerk of the Cabinet
